How long does SOISU furniture delivery take across India?
SOISU does not offer same-day delivery. Ready (in-stock) pieces within Mumbai limits are typically delivered within 30–34 hours of payment. Custom orders are built to your specification, and the ready-by date is written on your order. Transit time outside Mumbai depends on the city and is confirmed with your order. If your home isn't ready, SOISU holds your furniture free for up to 30 days until it is. What does SOISU's white-glove delivery include?
Every SOISU delivery across India includes: professional delivery by a trained 2-person team, room-specific placement (furniture goes exactly where you specify, not just inside the front door), full in-home assembly where required (recliners, sectionals, beds), removal of all packaging materials, an initial care walkthrough (how to maintain the artificial composite leather or fabric, how to use recliner mechanisms), and a post-installation WhatsApp check-in from our Mumbai team within 48 hours. There is no additional charge for white-glove delivery within SOISU's standard delivery network. For remote locations or buildings without lift access above the 8th floor, a supplementary charge may apply.
Can I order SOISU furniture online without visiting the Mumbai showroom?
Yes. Many SOISU customers across India — from Delhi and Bangalore to Nashik and Nagpur — place their complete order remotely via WhatsApp video consultation. The process: (1) WhatsApp us with photos of your room and approximate dimensions, (2) our design team shares the relevant product options and upholstery samples by courier for your review, (3) a 45-minute video call finalises the configuration, size and finish, (4) you confirm the deposit by bank transfer and production begins.
