What is SOISU?
SOISU is a Mumbai furniture house for sofas, power recliners, beds, dining and armchairs. Pieces are designed with global partners and assembled in India by SOISU from materials sourced worldwide. SOISU Furniture LLP was founded in 2022 by Rohan Shah (CEO) and Chetan Shah, and is the exclusive India partner of We Story. Its promise is simple: what we promise, we put in writing. The Experience Centre is on the 4th floor of Orbit Plaza, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, and SOISU delivers across India.
Is SOISU a luxury furniture brand in India?
Yes. SOISU sits in the premium tier of Indian furniture: sofas in artificial composite leather, fabric, bouclé and velvet, motorised recliners including three-motor models, upholstered beds and dining. Most customers adapt a piece from the collection to their room, so every order is quoted individually and approved on a signed drawing and specification before production.
Where is SOISU located in Mumbai and what do they sell?
The SOISU Experience Centre is on the 4th floor of Orbit Plaza, New Prabhadevi Road, Mumbai 400025 — above the Kia showroom in Prabhadevi, South Mumbai. It sells sofas, sectionals, power recliners, upholstered and storage beds, dining tables, dining chairs, armchairs, coffee tables and side tables. Is SOISU furniture made in Italy or imported?
Neither. SOISU pieces are designed with global partners and assembled in India by SOISU, from materials sourced worldwide. SOISU began by importing finished furniture, as most of India's premium market did. As India's BIS quality rules for furniture arrived, SOISU moved its production and assembly from China to India.
What does SOISU put in writing?
Three things, on every order. First, the drawing and specification you approve before production, so what you approve is what arrives. Second, your ready-by date. Third, the warranty terms for your order: a 2-year warranty, on the terms written in your order, with after-sales by SOISU's own team.
Can I customise a SOISU piece?
Yes. Every piece starts from a base model at a base price. Changes to size, material or design are made only where they can be produced, and they revise the price; a completely new design also includes development cost. Standard products stay at the base price, with stitch options only. You approve the result on a signed drawing and specification before production. SOISU also keeps ready pieces for faster delivery.
What materials does SOISU use?
SOISU upholsters in artificial composite leather, fabric, bouclé and velvet. SOISU does not sell real leather of any kind, and does not sell PU leather. The material for your piece is named on the specification you approve before production.
Can SOISU hold my furniture until my home is ready?
Yes. If your home isn't ready when your furniture is, SOISU holds it free for up to 30 days, then delivers when you are ready.
Does SOISU deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes. SOISU's own team delivers and installs across India; SOISU has furnished 200+ homes across 10+ cities, including homes and offices in Indore, Chandigarh, Vadodara and Ratlam. Furniture arrives assembled and is placed in the room. In-stock pieces within Mumbai limits are typically delivered within 30–34 hours of payment; for custom orders, the ready-by date is written on your order. SOISU does not offer same-day delivery.
How do I buy from SOISU?

SOISU also offers home measurement, drawings and technical drawings, and 3D visualisation. Once you approve the drawing and specification, you receive your ready-by date in writing. There is no online checkout — every order goes through a person.
How much does SOISU furniture cost?
SOISU does not publish a price list, because almost every piece is adapted: size, configuration, material grade and mechanism all change the price. Instead, every quote is itemised line by line for your piece and given in writing.
