By placing an order, visiting our website (www.soisu.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

All SOISU furniture is made-to-order under our Standard Bespoke model. Every piece is manufactured to your chosen specification — fabric, leather finish, leg colour, dimensions and configuration — after deposit confirmation.

Because each piece is produced exclusively for you: — We do not hold warehouse stock for sale. — Specifications confirmed at deposit are binding. Changes after production has begun may incur additional charges and extended lead times. — Lead time is 21 working days from deposit unless otherwise communicated in writing. — Product photographs on the website are representative. Minor variations in colour and grain are inherent to natural materials (leather, wood) and are not defects.

Product specifications, dimensions and prices are subject to change without notice. We recommend confirming current pricing and availability directly with our team before placing an order.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where displayed. SOISU does not publicly display final pricing on the website — contact us for a current quotation.

Payment structure: — 50% deposit is required to confirm and commence production. — Balance 50% is due before delivery dispatch. — Payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, EMI).

SOISU reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. The price confirmed in your written order confirmation is the binding price. We do not honour verbal pricing claims. EMI availability depends on your bank and card issuer — SOISU does not guarantee EMI availability.

GST is charged at applicable rates under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Your tax invoice will reflect the applicable GST component.

SOISU delivers pan-India. Delivery terms are communicated at order confirmation and vary by destination city.

Mumbai metro: white-glove delivery with assembly included. Pan-India: freight delivery with basic placement. Assembly assistance available at additional charge.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the delivery partner. Please inspect all items at delivery and report transit damage within 24 hours per our Refund & Return Policy. SOISU is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production delays caused by material supply, government holidays or exceptional demand may extend lead times. We will notify you of any material change to your delivery timeline.

SOISU offers the following warranty:

— 1-year structural warranty: covers frame, springs, mechanisms and seam integrity against manufacturing defects. — Lifetime at-cost service: SOISU will repair or refurbish any SOISU piece at workshop cost (materials + labour) for the lifetime of the product. This is a service commitment, not a free replacement warranty.

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; foam settling within the normal 10–15% range; leather patina and natural ageing; fabric pilling from incorrect care; damage from water exposure, humidity mismanagement, pets or deliberate misuse; third-party repairs or modifications.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing (WhatsApp or email) with photographic evidence. SOISU's determination of whether a defect falls within warranty coverage is final.

All content on www.soisu.com — including text, images, videos, product names, the SOISU wordmark, the monogram pattern and the Standard Bespoke designation — is the property of SOISU Furniture LLP and is protected by Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any SOISU content without prior written permission. Sharing content for non-commercial personal use (e.g., social media posts tagging @soisu.in) is permitted and welcome.

Product designs and configurations created in collaboration with SOISU design consultants during the Standard Bespoke process are not made exclusive to the customer unless agreed in writing. SOISU retains the right to produce similar configurations for other customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

— SOISU's total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. — SOISU is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of business, loss of data or loss of enjoyment. — SOISU does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses. Use of the website is at your own risk. — Information on the website is provided in good faith. SOISU does not warrant its completeness or accuracy and is not liable for reliance on website content without direct written confirmation from our team.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of the SOISU website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the website or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

SOISU may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at www.soisu.com/terms. Continued use of the website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For active orders, the Terms in force at the time of deposit confirmation govern that transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or to any SOISU product or service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith. Contact our team at sale@soisu.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.

For consumer disputes, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the applicable District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission may apply.
