Written Commitment 01
What you approve is what arrives
You adapt the piece to your home, then approve a signed drawing and specification before we build. At handover, our team checks the piece against what you approved.
Written Commitment 02
Your ready-by date, in writing
Every order carries a ready-by date on paper — not a verbal estimate. If your home isn't ready when the piece is, we plan delivery around you.
Written Commitment 03
We come back
After-sales is handled by SOISU's own team, not an agent. Every piece carries a 2-year warranty, on the terms written in your order.
Written Commitment 04
Held free until your home is ready
If your home isn't ready when your furniture is, SOISU holds it free for up to 30 days, then delivers when you are ready.
The Timeline
From brief to handover — and after.
Step 1
WhatsApp the team or visit the Prabhadevi Experience Centre. Share photos, room dimensions and what you need.
Step 2
Choose the piece and the material — artificial composite leather, fabric, bouclé or velvet. Every piece starts from a base model at a base price; changes to size, material or design are made only where they can be produced, and revise the price. You receive an itemised quote. Home measurement, drawings and technical drawings, and 3D visualisation are among the services SOISU offers.
Step 3
Approve the signed drawing and specification. Your ready-by date is written on your order.
Step 4
If your home isn't ready yet, SOISU holds your furniture free for up to 30 days. When you are ready, SOISU's own team delivers and installs the piece, and checks it against what you approved.
After
When the piece needs attention, the same team comes back — on the warranty terms in your order.
