A signed drawing and specification before production.
Before anything is made, you sign a drawing and a specification: dimensions, upholstery material (artificial composite leather, fabric, bouclé or velvet), colour, frame, foam, finish. That document is what we build to. If what arrives is not what you approved, it is on us to put it right.

Not an estimate on a phone call.
Every SOISU piece is adapted to your room, so lead times depend on the customisation and the materials. Whatever the date is, you get it in writing with your order — a date you can plan your home around.

After-sales by SOISU's own team.
After delivery, service is handled by SOISU's own team — not handed off to a third party. Adjustments, repairs and reupholstery questions come back to the people who specified and delivered your piece.

What warranty does SOISU offer? →SOISU began by importing finished furniture, as most of India's premium market did. As India's BIS quality rules for furniture arrived, SOISU moved its production and assembly from China to India. Materials are still sourced worldwide.
