How SOISU delivers Italian luxury furniture across Mumbai and India. Last updated: May 2026.
SOISU delivers and professionally installs furniture across the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Region — South Mumbai, Bandra, Juhu, Andheri, Powai, Mulund, Thane, Navi Mumbai and all surrounding areas. Pan-India delivery is available to Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and other major cities. For locations not on this list, contact the Prabhadevi showroom for a delivery feasibility quote.
Mumbai delivery is complimentary on every order ≥₹50,000. Below ₹50,000 within Mumbai, a flat ₹2,500 white-glove delivery fee applies. Out-of-Mumbai delivery is quoted upfront based on distance, access (lifts, stairs, narrow corridors) and item count — typically ₹4,000 to ₹15,000 depending on city and order size. International shipping is not currently offered.
Standard Bespoke production: 21 working days from deposit. Add 3–5 working days for Mumbai delivery; 5–10 working days for inter-state delivery; 10–15 working days for remote locations. Expedited 14-day production builds are available with a 15% expedite fee, subject to leather and fabric availability — speak to your design consultant at order time.
Disassembly of legs and feet for transit, cushioned transport in our own vehicles or vetted partners, in-home assembly, levelling and joint-tightening, placement to your specified room, packaging removal. For coastal-Mumbai apartments with tight lift access, we provide a free pre-delivery survey to plan disassembly.
Within Mumbai, we coordinate a 2-hour delivery window with you on the day. Pan-India deliveries are scheduled the morning of the delivery day. You will receive WhatsApp and SMS updates from dispatch to arrival. Same-day delivery is available within Prabhadevi, Worli, Lower Parel and Bandra for a flat ₹2,500 fee, subject to availability.
Take a photo within 24 hours of delivery and WhatsApp us. We replace damaged components free of charge with no questions asked — the SOISU QC photo taken at dispatch protects both sides from claim fraud and confirms the unit shipped intact. Reverse pickup is arranged within 48 hours.
For inter-state deliveries, we partner with vetted white-glove logistics carriers — Delhivery, Shadowfax and BlueDart are our primary partners. For apartments with narrow access, modular SOISU pieces disassemble down to 600mm width. Buildings without lifts: please flag at order time so we can plan a stair carry team.
