The Design
The Bacca is a deep round barrel armchair in rich burgundy/mauve velvet on dark walnut legs.
The depth of the seat and the full enveloping back create a chair you disappear into — not a statement chair but an immersion chair. The richness of the colour is the statement. Named for the wild berry — dark, complex, a little indulgent. For the bedroom, the reading corner, the room that deserves a luxury that is entirely for the person in it.
