For elderly parents in India, choose a motorised 3-motor unit with independent headrest, backrest and footrest control. Manual recliners require physical push-back effort that strains joints. Key specs: seat height 42-46 cm, side-exit armrests, full-grain leather or performance fabric rated for Indian humidity. Motor cycle rating of 50,000+ ensures 10-year durability with daily household use. SOISU's Elite Collection recliners can be adapted for this demographic, with seat height and firmness confirmed on a signed drawing before production. SOISU uses artificial composite leather — not real leather and not PU.
3-motor motorised recliners with independent headrest are ideal for elderly users in India. This specification is critical for Indian buyers because local conditions differ significantly from European standards for which most furniture is designed. When evaluating options in Indian showrooms, ask for these specifications in writing with supporting test certificates from the manufacturer.
Seat height 42-46cm is critical for easy standing from joints weakened by arthritis. For buyers in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and other Indian cities, verify these points with your supplier before purchase. Request the relevant material specification sheets and quality certificates. SOISU offers home measurement, technical drawings and 3D visualisation, and every order carries a signed drawing and specification.
